Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. Executives: Leaders, professionals, or senior managers who generally accomplish objectives through others. The Practice of Wellness: Wellness is NOT a single end result. Rather, Wellness is an on-going process in which an individual actively participates (or practices).
